  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 50 ml mineral water
  • 2 tbsp espresso
  • ½ banana(s)
  • n. B. Sweetener
  • e.g. cinnamon powder or vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend all ingredients except the sweetener and cinnamon or vanilla flavoring thoroughly. Add cinnamon or flavoring to taste and sweeten to taste. 200 kcal per serving
