- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 5 eggs, size M
- 100 g ground almonds or ground hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp, heaped soy flour or wheat flour
- 100 g flaxseed, crushed
- 3 tbsp, heaped salad seed mix or sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp, heaped wheat bran
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tsp, heaped salt
- 1 tsp, leveled caraway seeds, ground or loose
- Chives, fresh, chopped
- Pumpkin seed oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Tomato(s), dried, optional

hearty bread with herbs
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with a dough hook. Pour the dough into a loaf pan and sprinkle a handful of oats or sunflower seeds on top as a topping. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius and bake for about 90 minutes. This bread is great with cream cheese or as an appetizer before a main course.
