Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tbsp mineral water
- 150 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 6 sheets of gelatin
- 500 ml milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp honey, liquid
- 125 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 7 hours
Beat the eggs, sugar, and mineral water until frothy. Then mix together the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and gradually add to the egg mixture until a smooth dough forms. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat). Soak the gelatin in cold water and let it swell for 5 minutes. Then heat in a microwave at 600 watts for 2 minutes until liquid. Heat the milk in a saucepan, add the sugar and honey, and dissolve briefly. Dissolve the gelatin in the water and let it cool, stirring frequently. Fold the yogurt, lemon juice, and the whipped cream into the milk cream. Chill the mixture until slightly firm. Cut the cooled dough sheet in half. Spread the filling on one half, then carefully place the other dough sheet on top and press down lightly. The XXL milk slice is now ready to serve.
