Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 140 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 g vanilla pudding powder
  • Locust bean gum, similar flours are also suitable
  • flavoring (FlavDrops), if the vanilla flavor is not sufficient

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Without flour and sugar

Mix all ingredients, except the egg whites, with a hand mixer. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold into the mixture. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, smooth it out, and bake for ten minutes at approximately 180 degrees Celsius. Let cool, then spread with quark and cocoa powder or quark and fruit, and carefully roll up.
