Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 pollock fillets
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • some salt and pepper
  • some paprika powder, hot
  • 1 onion(s), red

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel and dice the onion, and fry briefly. In the meantime, rinse the pollock fillets, pat dry, and season on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then add the fish to the onions and reduce the heat slightly. In a tall bowl, mix the cream with the pepper and the herb cream cheese. If it’s not quite thin enough, add a little more milk or water. Then add the sauce to the pan with the fish and onions and bring back to a boil briefly. Serve with tagliatelle or potatoes.
