Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g turkey strips or turkey steaks
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp, heaped cream cheese
- Oil for frying
- n. B. spice(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Season the turkey strips or sliced turkey steaks with salt, pepper, or your choice of spices (I like to use a gyro seasoning mix, for example). Then set the seasoned meat aside. Cut the onions and zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Brown the turkey in a little oil in a pan. After a few minutes, add the onions and zucchini and cook until the vegetables reach the desired consistency. Finally, add a generous tablespoon of cream cheese to the pan and mix it with the meat and zucchini, then toss briefly. Approx. 350 kcal per serving.
