Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml water or sugar-free lemonade
- 2 packs of gelatin powder
- 1 pack of jelly, flavor of your choice
- 100 g yogurt or quark
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 7 minutes
Bring the water or sugar-free lemonade to a boil. Stir in the gelatin and jelly powder. Stir in the yogurt and whisk until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and chill for about 3-4 hours.
