- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 banana(s), peeled, sliced
- 1 bowl of blackberries, strawberries or other berries

quick and tasty
Combine the low-fat quark and fruit in a bowl and blend with a hand blender. Add a splash of milk to the mix, and you can drink it. Very refreshing in the summer.
