Ingredients
- 1 kg Fresh white cabbage
- 300 g Carrot
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 100 ml Milk 3.8
- 150 ml Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Xylitol
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
Instructions
- Grate white cabbage and carrots and place in a large bowl
- Mix the mayonnaise with the remaining ingredients with the hand blender
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots and let it steep in the refrigerator
