LowCarb Coleslaw

The perfect lowcarb coleslaw recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Fresh white cabbage
  • 300 g Carrot
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 100 ml Milk 3.8
  • 150 ml Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Xylitol
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  1. Grate white cabbage and carrots and place in a large bowl
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the remaining ingredients with the hand blender
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots and let it steep in the refrigerator
