  • 500 ml Cream
  • 5 Pieces Egg yolk
  • 2 piece Vanilla pods (pulp only)
  • 150 g Xylitol
  1. Whip the cream until stiff
  2. Put on the water bath
  3. Put the egg yolks together with the xucker in the bowl for the water bath
  4. Scrape out the pulp of the vanilla pods and add to the egg mixture
  5. Beat the egg mixture over the water bath until frothy
  6. Then gradually add the egg mixture to the stiff cream and stir in until it becomes a homogeneous mixture
  7. Put in the freezer for at least 6 hours (close tightly) and stir every 90 minutes
