Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- Fat
- Salt
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- ½ cup breadcrumbs, from black bread
- 1 jar beer, dark
- ½ cup sour cream
- broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Dice the meat, fry with onion, season with salt, add caraway seeds, and then pour in the beer. Add breadcrumbs and occasionally add broth. Simmer for about 1/2 hour, until the meat is nice and tender. Season with sour cream. Serve with dumplings.
