Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of lean smoked pork
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 4 slices of cheese (toast)
- some curry powder
- some fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat a little oil in a pan. Briefly fry the smoked pork slices on one side. Turn the smoked pork over and place a pineapple slice and a slice of toast cheese on each slice. Sprinkle curry powder on the cheese, if desired. Cover the pan and continue frying until the cheese melts.
