Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 125 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 ml cream
- 225 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 points pudding powder, cream flavor.
- ½ liter of milk
- 250 g butter
- 6 tbsp sugar (heaped)
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 125 g fat (hard fat e.g. Biskin)
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pack of cookies (butter cookies)
- some brandy
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
Cook the pudding with ½ liter of milk and 5 tablespoons of sugar, then let it cool. Combine the first 5 ingredients for the base, spread it on a baking sheet, and bake for about 20 minutes at 175°C. Mix the cooled pudding with the butter until it forms a buttercream. Spread it on the base. Then soak the biscuits in brandy and place them on the buttercream. Melt the shortening in a saucepan, pour it into a bowl, add the sugar and cocoa, and mix quickly. Finally, beat in an egg. When the mixture is smooth, spread it on the biscuits.
