Luchhi Indian Flatbread
The perfect luchhi indian flatbread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Flour
- Water
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- Oil to fry
- First form a dough with the flour, water, salt and oil. The dough has a similar consistency to yeast dough.
- Then form small balls with a diameter of approx. 4 cm.
- Place the balls between both palms and twist them smoothly.
- Then place on a plastic or wooden board and roll out into a small flatbread. The flatbreads should have a diameter of approx. 8 cm.
- Then heat the oil and fry the flatbreads one by one in the hot oil.
- The flatbread can be used as an accompaniment to Indian curry dishes.
