Iced Raspberry Quark with Buttermilk

The perfect iced raspberry quark with buttermilk recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 350 g Quark
  • 50 ml Whipped cream
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. Put the frozen raspberries in the blender with 400 ml buttermilk and process into puree. Then portion into small bowls. Now mix the quark with 100 ml buttermilk, 50 ml whipped cream and the vanilla sugar. Taste! Now also put in the bowls and chill. Garnish with a raspberry.
