Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 Maultaschen
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 spring onions
- 200 g yogurt
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- some lemon juice
- Salad herbs of your choice
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
tasty, quick and filling
Chop the lettuce, carrots, cucumber, radishes, bell peppers, and spring onions. Cut the Maultaschen into bite-sized pieces and fry them on all sides in a pan with oil. Mix the remaining ingredients to make a dressing, season to taste, and toss with the vegetables and Maultaschen. Serve lukewarm.
