Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slices of toast (wholemeal toast)
- butter
- 2 slice(s) ham, cooked
- 2 slice(s) pineapple , (can)
- 2 slices cheese (Gouda), medium-aged
- 100 g Mett (onion Mett)
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp horseradish (cream horseradish)
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Toast and butter the bread. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Stir the mustard and creamed horseradish into the ground onions. Season well with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Form two flat patties and fry them in a pan on both sides. Place the patties on the toast, then top with a slice of ham, a slice of pineapple, and finally, the Gouda cheese. Bake in the oven for about 6 minutes.
