Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g mixed leaf salad
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 2 chicken fillets, sliced
- n. B. Speck
- 2 eggs
- some butter or oil for frying
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cream
- a few stalks of parsley
- some Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with bacon
Wash the lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Quarter the cherry tomatoes. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Fry the bacon and chicken fillets in a pan until well browned. Mix all the ingredients for the salad dressing together well. Divide the lettuce and tomatoes between two plates. Top with the bacon and chicken pieces. Fry the eggs in a little butter or oil to make fried eggs and place one per person on the salad.
