Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ring/e meat sausage (Lyoner), cut into small pieces
- 1 onion(s), diced to any size
- 1 can peas and carrots
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 7 eggs, broken
- Parsley
- chives
- salt and pepper
- Maggi
- Fondor
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the onion until translucent. Then add the Lyoner sausage. Fry well until the sausage is lightly browned. Now add the peas, carrots, and mushrooms. Fry briefly. Season the eggs and add the herbs. Finally, pour this mixture over the pan and cook the eggs as if they were scrambled eggs. Serve with a delicious salad.
