Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g meatloaf
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 jar mushrooms
- 200 g sausages
- 5 carrots
- oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

Quick dish for people who don’t have time
Chop the carrots and bell peppers and add them to a preheated pan with a little oil and fry. Cut the meatloaf and sausages into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pan after a while. Drain the mushrooms, let them drain, and add them to the pan. After frying for 10 minutes over medium heat, add the four eggs to the pan. Stir several times and fry until the eggs are slightly set. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
