Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 baked cheese
  • 1 handful of pasta, freshly cooked or leftovers from the day before
  • 1 shot of white wine
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 22 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Bake the cheesecake without foil in the wooden box in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) (180°C fan-assisted oven) for 10 minutes. Then remove the cheesecake from the oven, cut a cross into the surface, and fold open the four corners. Add a splash of white wine, then season with salt and pepper. Bake the cheesecake for another 8-12 minutes, until the desired browning is achieved. Then add the pasta to the cheesecake and mix. Tip: If you like, you can sprinkle some chili flakes on top.
