“Blamco Mac & Cheese” from the Fallout universe

Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain the water and set the pasta aside. Chop the carrots, bring to a boil in a medium saucepan with water, and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the carrots are tender. Drain the water and place the carrots in a blender. Add the milk, sour cream, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend until smooth. Combine the flour, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Place a large saucepan over medium-high heat and add the butter. Once the butter has melted, add the seasoned flour, stirring constantly. Once the butter and flour have combined to form a roux, slowly whisk in the carrot-milk mixture until well combined. Gradually add the cheddar and raclette cheeses. Season to taste. Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and stir to coat the pasta completely. You can also use other types of cheese according to your taste.
