Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
especially suitable for a larger group
Cook the pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, mix the egg yolk with the crème fraîche and season with the spices. After draining the pasta, immediately toss it with all the cheese to melt the cheese. Then stir in the prepared spice cream. Place the pulled pork and then the pasta and cheese mixture in either a large baking dish or individual portion dishes, mix everything together and press down lightly. Preheat the oven to approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat). Carefully melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic, pressed through a press. Then add the breadcrumbs and fry until golden-brown, stirring constantly. Then spread them evenly over the pasta and meat mixture. Place the baking dish(s) in the oven for 25-30 minutes. The dish is ready when the breading has taken on a delicious color (golden to deep brown). A hearty meal, each serving is satisfying. *Note: The pulled pork may need to be fully cooked, as it’s not usually available ready-to-eat. Make sure it’s ready to eat before making this recipe. Whether it’s hot or cold is irrelevant, as it’ll be going back in the oven anyway.
