Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g rye flour
  • 200 g spelt flour
  • 300 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g macadamia nuts
  • 1 tbsp, leveled salt
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 500 ml water, lukewarm
  • 100 g nuts of your choice and taste
  • 10 g pumpkin seeds for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead thoroughly, then cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Pour the dough into a prepared baking dish and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 35 minutes—or a little longer depending on your oven.
