Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g macaroni
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 50 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • some salt
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

The cinnamon is an interesting component in the dish without making it taste sweet.

Break the macaroni into approximately 5 cm pieces (or buy the short version) and cook in salted water. Drain in a colander. Heat the fat in the same pot. Sauté a crushed garlic clove in it, add the cinnamon and tomato paste, and sauté briefly. Deglaze with a splash of water, season with salt, and add the cooked macaroni and Emmental cheese. Stir well until the cheese has melted and is evenly distributed.
