Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp sesame paste (tahini)
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 1 dashes lemon juice, or lime juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Delicious with chips, fries, eggs or on sandwiches
Mix the yogurt and tahini. Wash the bell peppers, dice them, and stir in. Season with salt and pepper, and add lemon and chili to taste. I got the best flavor with 3.5% yogurt. Everyone should adjust it to their own taste. I can also imagine it tasting good with sour cream or cream cheese.
