Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 350 g pasta (macaroni)
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 can of corn
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 3 small bell peppers
- 8 m.-sized eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 200 g sour cream
- nutmeg
- Fat for the mold
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled, for garnish
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions, then drain. Dice the onions, bell peppers, and garlic; slice the spring onions into rings. Drain the corn. Heat the oil and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Fry the onions, garlic, bell peppers, and spring onions, then add the corn. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix the eggs with the milk and sour cream. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Grease a 26 cm springform pan. Double the aluminum foil and wrap the outside of the pan in it. Arrange the pasta in a spiral on the base of the springform pan, 4 cm high around the edge. Empty the minced meat and vegetable mixture into the cavity and pour the egg mixture over it. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200°C/gas mark 3) for about 1 1/4 hours. Garnish with the boiled eggs.
