Macaroni buccatini with truffle oil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (maccheroni buccatini or similar pasta)
  • Oil (truffle oil)
  • 1 handful of pine nuts, roasted
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Parmesan, grated
  • Basil, fresh, cut into strips

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain and divide between plates. Drizzle with truffle oil (less is more!) and toss the pasta thoroughly. Sprinkle with pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and basil, if desired, and season with pepper.
