Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g rhubarb compote
- 200 g milk, 3.5%
- 200 g sweet cream
- 2 pts. vanilla sugar
- Sugar, amount to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Add all ingredients one at a time to a blender and blend briefly. Season to taste with sugar, if desired. Transfer to an ice cream maker and garnish with whipped cream and quartered strawberries. Enjoy.
