Spaghetti with garlic and oil sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • Salt
  • ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • 75 ml olive oil
  • Pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain in a colander and let it drain. Meanwhile, wash the parsley and shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the stems and cut into strips. Peel the garlic clove and slice very thinly. Halve the chili pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds, wash it, and slice it very thinly. Heat the oil. Briefly toss the garlic slices, chili, and parsley strips in the oil, then stir in the drained pasta. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
