  • 350 gr Macaroni
  • 200 gr Cheddar grated
  • 100 gr Medium-Aged grated Gouda
  • 30 gr Flour
  • 50 gr Butter
  • 0,5 l Milk
  • 2 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • 30 gr Breadcrumbs
  • 50 gr Freshly grated Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  1. Melt 30 grams of butter in a saucepan and add 30 grams of flour. Sweat everything while stirring until golden yellow.
  2. Gradually add half a liter of milk, stirring constantly. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper and simmer for 3 minutes over a low heat. Stir 2 teaspoons of mustard into the sauce
  3. Cook 350 grams of macaroni. When these are ready, put in a baking dish, add the 200 gr Cheddar and 100 gr Gouda, as well as the sauce and then mix everything well.
