Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 onions
- 30 g butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 pkt. Tomato(s) – pulp (500g)
- 250 g cheese (Cambozola) OR
- 250 g Gorgonzola / cream cheese half and half
- ½ cup whipped cream (100g)
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- Salt
- pepper
- 500 g pasta (macaroni)
- 1 tbsp oil

My debut recipe
Sauté the diced onions in hot fat until translucent. Dust with flour. Add the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Stir the coarsely crumbled cheese into the sauce. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and paprika. Meanwhile, cook the macaroni in salted water with oil. Drain and serve with the sauce.
