Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Pasta - croissant macaroni or gemmeli
  • 200 g Chester / Gouda grated
  • 100 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
  • 800 ml Milk
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 6 tbsp Flour
  • 2 Chunky tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta al dente while cooking.
  • Sweat flour + milk (light) and pour the milk on top. Add 150 grams of grated chester or gouda, the sheep's cheese, as well as the spices and tomatoes.
  • Let this cheese sauce simmer for 6 minutes while stirring. season again with salt and spices.
  • Put pasta and cheese sauce in a casserole, mix well + sprinkle with breadcrumbs and 50 g of chester. put the casserole in the oven for 30 minutes at 170 °. finished.
