  • 750 g potatoes, steamed
  • 4 onions
  • 6 gherkins
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Garlic
  • Parsley

Shred the fish fillet, which has been steaming in its own juices, with a fork. Peel the freshly cooked potatoes and slice them thinly. Sauté the sliced ​​onions in butter and add the grated garlic. In a greased casserole dish, alternate layers of fish, onions, sliced ​​gherkins, and potatoes. Season with pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, sprinkle with grated cheese, and place a few knobs of butter on top. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
