Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
  • 80 g milk
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • some cinnamon or
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

original Spanish recipe, makes about 30 pieces

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Beat the eggs and add the sugar. Combine the flour and baking powder and slowly stir into the mixture. Finally, add the milk and oil. Add lemon and cinnamon to taste (but not too much, or they’ll become dry). Pour the batter into the muffin cups and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
