Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 salmon fillets (wild salmon fillets, frozen)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • some salt and pepper
  • 5 g butter for the mold
  • 2 tbsp herbs de Provence

Thaw the salmon fillets in the microwave for about 20 minutes, rinse under running water, and pat dry. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 160°C. Butter a baking dish and rub it with the peeled garlic clove. Drizzle the fillets with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the herbs de Provence over the fillets. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. Serve with cream cheese and a green salad with yogurt dressing.
