Oven-baked sea bass fillet with garlic and parsley

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 sea bass fillets
  • 1 large garlic clove(s)
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • some olive oil
  • some butter flakes
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Low-carb, uncomplicated recipe for fish

Wash the fish fillets and pat them dry, then drizzle with a little lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Pour the olive oil into an ovenproof dish, place the fish in it, and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and parsley. Add a few knobs of butter and sauté in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. The time and temperature will depend on the size of the fish fillet and your oven. Delicious with rosemary potatoes and a green salad.
