Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 50 g onion(s), roasted
- 100 g ham, diced
- salt and pepper
- Oil, for frying
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Crack the eggs into a pan and fry them. At the same time, scatter the bacon and fried onions over the eggs. Season to taste. Cover the pan until the eggs are cooked. Arrange on a plate and serve with pickles and bread of your choice.
