Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lime(s)
  • 1 cl syrup (sugar syrup)
  • 1 cl liqueur (almond liqueur, amaretto)
  • 6 cl rum, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

The sugar syrup is made from equal parts brown sugar and water by boiling the mixture. The syrup used contributes significantly to the color of the finished drink. Fill a glass with crushed ice, squeeze the lime over it, shake the remaining ingredients with ice in a shaker, and strain into the glass. Serve with pineapple, a cocktail cherry, and a straw.
