Apple – Pear – Cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt (full-fat yogurt)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 250 g apples
  • 250 g pear(s)
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 100 g chocolate, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine yogurt, lemon juice, and honey. Finely grate or puree the pears and apples. Whip the cream until stiff, sweeten with sugar, and fold into the yogurt. Layer the cream mixture, pear puree, apple puree, and chocolate shavings alternately in a glass bowl, then top with chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
