Ingredients
- 40 g Horseradish root fresh
- 150 ml Cream
- 70 g Sour cream
- 70 g Lemon juice
- Salt, white pepper, sugar
Instructions
- Peel the horseradish root only as far as you need and grate finely. Whip the cream. Mix both with the sour cream and season to taste with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar .............. done. Then serve with oven-cooked (or smoked) trout or salmon and .......... let taste.
