  • 4 slices Kasseler
  • 1 cup Cream cheese
  • 1 glass Horseradish
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 2 tbsp 8-herbs frozen
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the Kassel slices in a greased baking dish.
  • Put the cream cheese, horseradish, herbs and cream in a container, season with salt and pepper and stir with a whisk to a smooth sauce, pour over the pork slices and put in the preheated oven
  • Bake the casserole at 200 ° C for approx. 60 minutes.
  • I served it with boiled potatoes and baby carrots.
