Fresh cranberries are available between July and October. You can find these in well-stocked grocery stores or at the weekly market. Buy only ripe berries. 1. First, wash the berries thoroughly with cold water.
  2. Now put the two types of wine, the cinnamon, and the preserving sugar in a saucepan.
  3. Mix the ingredients well and let everything boil for 3 – 5 minutes.
  4. Fill the berries into a heat-resistant, lockable bowl and pour the just-cooked brew over them.
  5. Close the bowl and let the mixture steep for 12 hours.
  6. Now boil everything together for a minute.
  7. Then remove the cinnamon stick.
  8. Pour the jam into sterilized jars and screw the lids on tightly.
  9. To keep the jam longer, turn the jars upside down for a few minutes. This creates a vacuum.
