- First, clean the truffles. Chop the mushrooms. You can then grind them in a mortar to get small pieces.
- Beat the softened butter with a mixer until fluffy. Season with salt and add the truffle.
- Continue beating the butter until it turns white.
- Pour the truffle butter into a can or jar. Store them in the fridge.
- If you want to prepare the butter in advance, put it in ice cube trays, for example, and put it in the freezer.
