How to juice the vegetables with a juicer
If you own a juicer, you will reach your goal particularly quickly. All you have to do is have the right vegetables ready.
- If desired and depending on the juicer, peel the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. If you wash it well, many juicers allow you to put it in that way. Please note, however, that more deposits will then form.
- Place the vegetables in the juicer and squeeze out the juice.
- The drink is then ready immediately but can be refined with honey or sugar.
- Tip: The vegetable juice can also be easily frozen and stored.
Homemade vegetable juice without a juicer
You can also make vegetable juice without a juicer. There are various methods for doing this, which we will briefly describe to you. Please note that you still have to pull the obtained vegetable puree through a sieve cloth or a nut milk bag for all variants.
- Blender: Add all the vegetables to the blender and add a little water. Then mix up the vegetables. This works best with soft vegetables such as tomatoes.
- Blender: Roughly chop the vegetables and puree them in a bowl. Also, add a little water if the mixture is too thick. However, you should cook harder vegetables, such as carrots, on the stove first.
- Stove: Harder vegetables can also be cooked on the stove. Put the vegetable pieces in a saucepan, boil them with water and only then puree them.
