Malt Ice Cream with Forest Fruits

The perfect malt ice cream with forest fruits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 big ball Vanilla ice cream with real bourbon vanilla
  • 3 tbsp Pure yogurt 3.5% fat, unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp Raspberries fresh
  • 1 tbsp Blueberries fresh
  • 3 tsp Malt granules
  • 2 Discs Limes fresh
  • 2 leaves Peppermint fresh
  • 1 small Vanilla pod
  1. First put the blueberries and 1 tablespoon of raspberries in a small bowl, mash with a spoon and mix with the yogurt. Place a large scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center of a flat plate. Place the yogurt with the fruit next to it. Now surround the vanilla ice cream with raspberries. Garnish with lime slices, vanilla pods and peppermint leaves and finally sprinkle with the malt granules.
