Mama`s Sauerkraut Salad with Nuremberg

Ingredients
 

Aside from that

  • 1 Apple
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 12 Nuremberg
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Sweet mustard

Instructions
 

  • You rub the apple into the sauerkraut on the coarser grater and add the cream, mix it up and season to your taste. Let it steep for a good 2 hours. Season again after 2 hours, if necessary
  • Now you put fat in the pan and bake the Nürnberger nice and brown on all sides.
  • 6 Nuremberg and 1 serving of sauerkraut salad, possibly a dollop of sweet mustard on the plate. Good Appetite
  • I loved this salad when I was a child
