Instructions
- You rub the apple into the sauerkraut on the coarser grater and add the cream, mix it up and season to your taste. Let it steep for a good 2 hours. Season again after 2 hours, if necessary
- Now you put fat in the pan and bake the Nürnberger nice and brown on all sides.
- 6 Nuremberg and 1 serving of sauerkraut salad, possibly a dollop of sweet mustard on the plate. Good Appetite
