Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup oil
- 1 class can/n tangerine(s) with juice
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix into a batter (the mandarins will be chopped automatically). Grease a Bundt pan and pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 50 minutes (test with a skewer). Baking time may vary slightly depending on your oven. It also depends on whether you use larger or smaller cups.
