Mandarin Tortellini on Walnut Caramel

- 1 package Nestle puff pastry
- 3 Mandarins
- 200 g Schwartau marzipan
- 7 Walnuts
- Fat
For the sauce:
- Sugar
- 1 Shot Red wine
- 1 cups Cream
- Powdered sugar
- Cut the floured and rolled puff pastry into rectangles, brush with egg yolk, fill with filleted mandarin slices and fry in deep fat. For the sauce, caramelize the sugar, stir in the marzipan and walnuts, deglaze with red wine and top up with cream. Arrange everything on a flat plate and garnish with powdered sugar.
