Mango-Apple Smoothie

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 large mango(s)
  • 1 small apple
  • 3 tsp, heaped sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • ½ small lemon(s) or lime, juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the core. Peel the apple, core it, and cut it into pieces. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree.
